This time sony thinks a bit different and launches a new camera -Sony Cyber-shot DSC-QX10, the 10x optical zoom smartphone accessory. It is called 'lens style camera'.in this camera Lens is attached to its sensors at the back so it's like a fully functional camera without the screen. It is only ment for capturing pics and transfering them to other devices such as smartphones etc, also it can be connected to anysmartphone and not only the Sony Xperia series.
Sony admitted that the QX10 has been derived from the Cyber-shot WX200 compact camera.
This cam is 10x optical zoom with 18MP sensor and is available in black or white.
Its weight is only 90gms and It measures 62.4 x 61.8 x 33.3mm.There's a coloured LED for status to display on, charging and video record. At the back side there is a pannel where battery is fitted gets open whenever you want to remove battery there only there is a slot for inserting mcroSD card.
There's a Micro-USB connection for charging or sharing images to a computer from the microSD card on one side and a lanyard loop on the other.
QX10 comes with a clamp mount for your smartphone in the box.You can click superfine quality pics with this cam.
